Product Service Information

For factory warranted repairs, send your products to Sigtronics Corporation. To expedite the service work, label the product, describing the problem and include your contact information. All correspondence relative to service work should include model and serial number (if applicable).

Sigtronics has no authorized outside service centers. We will only warranty repairs done by Sigtronics Corporation. To maintain the performance of your Sigtronics product, and to ensure that only genuine Sigtronics parts and repair procedures are used, send your product for repair directly to Sigtronics Corporation Service Department.

Frequently we can resolve problems over the telephone, so please call before sending a product in for service.

Sigtronics Service Fee
A charge of $15.00 per unit for test and evaluation is made on all non-warranty headsets and intercoms. If service work is necessary, this fee is deducted from the total cost of the repair. A Shipping and Handling charge will be added to all orders.
